The Coordinator welcomes families and helps them get checked in and settled each Sunday. Additionally, this role supports the volunteers as needs arise.

Nursery Volunteers serve a once a month rotation in the infant to age 2 room.

Preschool Volunteers serve a once a month rotation in the ages 3-4 room. This role follows a curriculum for age appropriate lessons and crafts.

Kid’s Church Volunteers serve a once a month rotation in the K-5th grade room. This role follows a curriculum for age appropriate lessons and crafts.

Setup team makes sure the worship space is ready to go on Sunday mornings. Tasks include: chairs in the worship center, outdoor signage, locking and unlocking doors and fences, & the children’s spaces.

Greeters serve 1-2 times a month and welcome guests on Sunday mornings. As people arrive, greeters open the door and greet guests with a smile and words of welcome. They help guests with questions and pass out first time guest cards.

The coffee team makes sure the coffee and hot water for tea is setup and stocked each Sunday.

The host makes sure guests can easily find and know where to go. This can include putting out appropriate flyers and signs in the worship space as well as taking someone from the initial greeting to connection.

Security volunteers monitor safety and security for the congregation during Sunday morning service and occasional special events. Team members practice situational awareness and initiate emergency response as needed.

Worship team serves on a rotation basis and can serve 1-2 times a month. Worship team consists of those who play instruments or sing to help lead the congregation on Sunday mornings in worship to the Lord.

The AVL team serves on a rotating basis. This team consists of audio, tech, video, and slides each Sunday morning.
